Be matched with up to three Installers from our network who are relevant to your requirements
Receive quotes directly from those Installers

Our matching and referral service is provided free of charge to Users. We are compensated by Installers for qualified referrals.

We do not guarantee that any specific number of Installers will respond to your enquiry, that any Installer will be available to carry out your project, or that you will receive a quote that meets your budget or timeline.

3. Our Relationship with Installers

Installers in our network are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of London Garden Rooms. We do not direct or supervise their work, and we do not set their prices, timelines, or terms of business.

While we take reasonable steps to vet Installers before including them in our network — including checking for appropriate public liability insurance and reviewing past customer feedback — we cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any work carried out by an Installer.

Any contract for building works is entered into directly between you and the Installer. London Garden Rooms is not a party to that contract and accepts no liability for the performance, quality, or outcome of any works.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

Not submit false, misleading, or speculative enquiries
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Conduct your own due diligence on any Installer before entering into a contract with them, including verifying their insurance, qualifications, and references
