What We Do

We maintain a curated network of garden room installers who work across Harrow, Hillingdon, Hertfordshire, and North London. When you submit a request, we match you with up to three professionals who are qualified, available, and experienced in your specific type of project. You compare their quotes and choose. There is no obligation and the service is free for homeowners.
Our Installer Vetting Standards
Every installer in our network passes the following checks before we recommend them to homeowners. We re-verify annually.
Public liability insurance
Minimum £2m cover verified directly with the insurer. Certificate on file, checked at onboarding and renewal.
Part P electrical certification
All installers who handle electrics hold current Part P certification or subcontract to a registered electrician.
Verified project portfolio
We review a minimum of five completed garden room projects with verifiable addresses before listing any installer.
Customer reference checks
Direct contact with at least two previous customers per installer, with specific questions on build quality and aftercare.
10-year structural warranty
All recommended installers offer a minimum 10-year structural warranty on the primary build. Written into every contract.
Ongoing performance review
We monitor customer feedback after every project. Installers who receive substantiated complaints are removed from the network.

Is this service really free?
Yes. Homeowners pay nothing. We are funded by a referral arrangement with our installer partners. This does not affect which installers we recommend or the quotes they provide.
Do you build garden rooms?
No. We are a matching service. We do not employ builders, supply materials, or manage construction. The contract is between you and the installer you choose.
How do you choose which installers to recommend?
Matching is based on availability, location, project type, and the installer's track record with similar builds. We do not operate an auction or bidding system.
What if something goes wrong with my build?
Your contract and warranty are with the installer directly. However, we take complaints seriously. Substantiated issues result in the installer being suspended or permanently removed from our network.
