What we do

London Garden Rooms is an installer-matching service. You can send us a brief for an office, music studio or bespoke garden room. We use the project details and location to look for relevant installers. You decide whether to ask for a survey, compare written proposals and appoint an installer.

We do not employ the builders, supply the structure or manage construction. Your design, price, programme and warranty are agreed with the installer you choose.

How to compare an installer

Ask each installer for examples of relevant work, the name of the company that will contract with you, insurance details, the person responsible for electrical work and the written warranty. For a music studio, request an acoustic brief and a way to assess the finished result. For a constrained site, ask for a delivery and access survey.

Our role is to help you reach suitable contacts. We do not claim that every installer has passed a particular check until that check and its record can be verified.
